1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phone Cleaner: Storage Optimizer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides storage analysis and cleaning tools for Android devices. It scans your device's media library to identify duplicate photos, blurry images, screenshots, WhatsApp media, and large files. The App suggests files for deletion and, upon your confirmation, removes selected files from your device.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for reviewing files before confirming deletion.
• You understand that deleted files may not be recoverable.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
• You must grant the necessary storage permissions for the App to function.

4. File Deletion Disclaimer

The App deletes files permanently at your request. While we implement confirmation dialogs and safety measures, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the App. Always review suggested files carefully before confirming deletion.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to receiving ads. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by AI Clean and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
